Refund policy

Returns
We do not accept any returns to our shop; all purchases are final the moment they arrive to their destination, and no order shall be refunded as soon as it has been shipped and sent to the customer unless it has been damaged during shipment or the wrong item was received.

Orders that get returned to us will get refunded for the contents. We do not refund any shipping and handling costs.

Refunds & Cancellations
Refunds may only be issued if the item has not been shipped yet, and only by contacting the shop about the cancellation and refund. Please contact us ASAP if you wish to cancel your order.

We do not refund orders lost in mail that were shipped with the standard, untrackable option, but please contact us if you have not received it after 8 weeks and we'll help you. We also cannot refund tracked orders that has been marked as delivered.

Customers who issue chargebacks will be implemented with a permanent ban from our shop and all current and future orders will be cancelled and refunded.
