AfternoonFika takes great pride in creating and selling original, cute and cuddly designs. All our products are created, designed and developed with a lot of care and attention by a single artist. We process all wholesale orders ourselves instead of outsourcing the work, meaning you will receive your wholesale order packed by the only two pairs of hands running this shop!

Please keep in mind we are currently only interested in wholesale opportunities within the European Union. We can only accept orders from clients with registered VAT numbers in the EU.

General Terms and Conditions
MOQs and wholesale pricing
All our items have a minimum order quantity (MOQ) of ten (10) pieces per product per order. We do not require a minimum amount of different products ordered. We do not offer sample packs at the moment.
The wholesale price we offer, excluding VAT, varies depending on the size of your order.
- 30% discount for orders above 225 000 SEK.
- 20% discount for orders up to 224 999 SEK.
Repeat customers may negotiate higher discounts.
Billing and invoicing
First-time clients must be able to pay their invoice in full before their order is shipped. Subsequent orders are eligible for up to 60-day invoices.
All invoices are calculated in our home currency, Swedish crowns (SEK, svenska kronor). Currency conversion fees will be handled by the client, and are not included in the invoice.
Payment will be handled by bank transfer for international orders. Swedish clients may use Bankgiro.
Invoices require the following information, and should be provided alongside your order list:
- The name of the company.
- The name of a contact person.
- A delivery address.
- A billing address, if applicable.
- An email address.
- A phone number with the corresponding country code.
- A European VAT number.
Fulfillment process
All fulfillment is done in our office in western Sweden. We ship all our orders in cardboard boxes. Every product is individually packed and ready to be sold in stores. Plushes come packed in transparent plastic bags to protect them from rain and other elements during transit. To minimize plastic waste, several plushes may be packed into a a single plastic bag. All plushes come with their own tags with safety information and CE certification.
As a small team, the fulfillment process for wholesale orders is a little special. The general roadmap is as follows:
- We receive your order list with the item quantities and invoicing details.
- We confirm we can fulfill the order, and offer an estimated fulfillment date, not including shipping.
- You agree to this time frame, and we begin packing the order. If this is your first order with us, you will receive your invoice here.
- We finish packing your order, and book the shipping with a private courier. We usually book the shipment of your order for the next business day.
- If you are a return customer, you will receive the invoice here, alongside a deadline to pay for the invoice.
- Your order gets picked up, and is delivered within a few business days. Woohoo!
Convention season and in-person events, as well as August and December, are times in which we may not be able to fulfill an order as quickly as we usually can. Ideally, we appreciate knowing at least two months in advance when we should have your order ready.
